BESPOKE:
How long will my Made to Order take to arrive?
Our sneakers are designed, made and delivered 8-10 weeks after your payment.
Why does one pair take 10 weeks?
We take a lot of care to design and make your personal pair and make sure it is one of a kind. Our sneakers are handmade from start to finish and built using our signature collaged design method, carefully crafted to give you a completely unique design. Helen and the team make sure to dedicate time to each design detail of your pair and our UK team of artisans stitch each component with love. Each pair is different from the next so we take our time to get them exactly right.
Can I send my shoes?
Yes! Our LEGACY service is created using your own worn pairs, whatever pair you choose these will narrate your design and colourway. We will then use your pairs to build you your one of a kind pair to cherish. Not sure what pairs to send? Our LEGACY pairs come with a free 1 to 1 consultation with Helen, so you can decide together. Do you make custom lasts?
No, at the moment we do not offer any custom lasts. Our signature last is a regular width fit and has a small 5mm heel lift and a beautiful rounded almond toe. This last shape provides a perfect base to elevate our signature patchwork techniques whilst maintaining a luxurious on foot feel.
Can I specify the height, hi-top, mid-top etc?
Your pair will be a low top silhouette with the collar sitting just below the ankle bone. If you would like to specify a different height or have any specific design requests please get in touch before booking to check we can accommodate. Pattern design changes will incur an additional cost.
Can I choose the colourway?
Our VOYAGE pairs come in Worn White and Faded Black with accents. We often add hits of colour in components, overlays or the sole. You can let us know any specific colour accent requests when you order. Order your very own VOYAGE pair HERE.
Is the delivery included in the price?
Yes! All delivery, duties and customs fees are included in the price of your pair.
I’m buying a pair as a gift, can I choose the delivery date?
Yes! As long as we have enough of a lead time (minimum 8 weeks) before the big day. Let us know when you would like them delivered on our order form. (please note due to global shipping we cannot guarantee the exact date delivery)
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes, you can pay in full or pay in two instalments. One at the time of ordering, and the other two weeks before delivery.
SOCKS & PRINTS:
Are duties & taxes included in the shipping costs?
No. You may need to pay duties or customs charges when your goods arrive. Please check your countries import duties before purchasing!
Can I return?
You can return socks and prints that are unopened and in their original packaging. See our T’s and C’s for more info.
SNEAKER SCULPTURE WORKSHOP:
How long is the workshop?
We estimate about 90 minutes to complete your Sneaker Sculpture but that’s just a guide, so you can take as long as you like! Our workshop has lifetime access so you can buy now and access whenever you have time.
How many Sneaker Sculptures can I make?
As many as you want! Your purchase gives you lifetime access to our Sneaker Sculpture workshop, meaning you can rewatch it as many times as you like and come back to explore your making at a later date, or whenever creativity strikes!
I have to sign up for a membership, does that mean I have to pay again?
Nope, membership is a one time payment, so once you join as a member of the Sneaker Sculpture community you have unlimited access to any new updates.
Is it suitable for kids?
Sneaker Sculptures is a great workshop for all ages and abilities, we have taught the workshop to everyone from 6 year olds to industry leading design teams, so you can follow along with your young ones and make a sculpture together. Under 16’s must be accompanied by an adult when using scissors or a scalpel.
Do I have to be a sneaker designer?
Not at all! The workshop is an easy way to explore sneaker design with no prior experience. Whether you're a seasoned crafter, design pro, or a complete beginner, everyone is welcome to join the Sneaker Sculpture community to learn something new and explore new ways of designing and making.
Do I need shoe making equipment?
Nope! Everything you need is household related. as long as you have some scissors, tape and an assortment of recycling you’re good to go.
Is it live?
No, the workshop is a pre-recorded video of Helen which includes all instructions and information so you can watch, make, pause and rewind as much as you like.
Can I start immediately?
Absolutely! As soon as you have paid and are signed into your membership you are ready to start! Get started here.
I’m a teacher, can I use this workshop to teach my class?
Thank you for your interest in teaching our workshop, but this workshop is for personal, individual use only, see our T’s and C’s for more info. If you would like us to teach your class our workshop live, please get in touch with us about our educational workshop rates.
