This information collected by your mobile network service will not be associated with your user account with us, or with your personally identifiable information.

T’S & C’S

Bespoke:

All our sneakers are made by hand by in the UK. Every sneaker we make is unique to you and we make every effort to meet your requirements, although we can reference previous designs, one pair will never be the same as another. Our sneaker uppers are made from upcycled materials therefore you can expect some scuffs, marks and other unique qualities on the materials. This is the beauty of the material.

Our Made to Order turn around is 8-10 weeks. If for any reason your made to order will take longer we will let you know at the time of ordering before payment.

Bespoke shipping cost is included in your quoted price and at no additional cost to you. Because of the bespoke nature of this service the fit of your sneakers cannot be altered once you have received your product so please make sure you choose the best size for you. After your enquiry we will send you a measuring guide to provide us with your foot length in CM to help with this process. Our sneakers are all handmade in our London studio and have not been subject to testing. 

Our Sneakers are made to order, because of this a non-refundable initial payment of 50% is required to secure our time. A signature will be required from an appointed person upon receipt of your sneakers to confirm your satisfaction with their condition and that the quantities are correct. Any queries must be raised within twenty four hours of delivery and if no queries are raised the sneakers will be deemed accepted in full.

ONLINE WORKSHOPS:

Please carefully read through these terms and conditions before purchasing our Sneaker Sculpture workshop, by purchasing our workshop you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.

The copyright and other intellectual property rights of all the material on the website, including videos, audio, photographs, instructions, downloadable templates and other imagery and content are owned by Helen Kirkum Studio Limited.

When purchasing our workshop you are granted access to the membership area to make personal use of the workshop. You are not permitted to download (other than the provided downloadable templates and page caching) any portion of the workshop at any time. This license does not include any resale, commercial or educational use of the workshop or its contents: any collection and use of any workshop titles, descriptions, tutorials, videos, audio, imagery, templates, prices, or any other element of the workshop, any downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of another merchant, or any use of data mining, data gathering and extraction tools. Access to the membership area and the Sneaker Sculpture workshop is for the purchaser only. Any unauthorised use terminates the permission or license granted by this Website. You may not use any logo or other proprietary graphic or trademark without express written permission.

Helen Kirkum Studio Limited does not accept responsibility for any injury or personal damage that may occur as a result of the techniques and practical tasks that are taught in our workshop. The workshops contained on our website may be subject to change without notice.

This Website reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions without prior notice at any time. This legal notice is governed by and construed in accordance with English law.
